Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unused
• Unmounted
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Any tire or wheel that has been mounted, installed, driven on, damaged, or modified cannot be returned.

Installation Services

Installation labor and service fees are non-refundable once services have been completed.

This includes:

• Mounting
• Balancing
• Tire installation
• Related labor charges

Local Pickup Orders

Customers choosing local pickup must inspect products before leaving our location.

Once pickup is completed and products leave our store, GripNation is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, installation, or usage outside our facility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Installed tires
• Special orders
• Custom orders
• Clearance items
• Used products

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
